Where do your items ship from?

We ship from China and United States. Shipping time can take three days or up to four weeks to receive or less, unless stated within the description.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders when you spend $100 USD or more.

Can you change your order?

We are unable to change an order once it's been placed.

Can an order be canceled?

Due to the volume of orders we process we cannot cancel an order.
